On Farm Record Pads for Veterinary Practices

These A5 size N.C.R. pads (approx. 8in. x 6in.) have a stiff card backing, a card separator, a full colour card cover and are spine bound, the copies are detachable from the pad.

This handy sized NCR duplicate pad keeps a record for the visiting vet. and for the visited clients.

Record headings include:- clients name, farm name, address, date, vets. name, species attended. The main part of the record is for drugs used, quantities, batch numbers, animal identification and the appropriate withdrawal periods. For the vet. it records materials used, fees, mileage and more.

Available as standard or fully customised (personalised) on the full colour front cover and / or on the record sheets.

Non-customised: 50 duplicate sets per pad at £6.00 each + vat + p&p. (vat and p&p will be calculated and added by PayPal at the checkout.)

Customised: Full colour covers, inner NCR sheets with or without the practice name and contact information at £7.50 per pad of 50 duplicate sets (minimum order 5 pads of 50 sets). VAT and postage will be added by PayPal at the checkout.

Discount: After the first order of 5 or more customised pads the charges change to the same as for the non-customised pads, when you buy 5 or more pads.
